I. We want to set-up our own preschool program
PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES:
a.   Conduct Feasibility Study (see attached form)
b.   Apply for legal identity
b.1 Dept. Educ. (GPR 4 – for requirements)
b.2 Brgy. Permit for community based (see sample)
b.3 DTI (SEC 25 Education Act 1982)
b.4 DSWD for Day Care
c.   Identify Committed Teacher (Preferably member of the church)
d.   Form Preschool Board  (at least 5 who will serve as working Board)
e.   Make Budgetary Projection for three years (application form)
f.    Invite Mission Ministries for Ocular Inspection
g.   Contract Signing
h.   Attend the required seminar (see year-round seminar flyer)
i.     Attend Partner’s Orientation

II.  We want to shift from traditional school to developmentally appropriate school
