Mission

         Seeks to provide educational training and skills, psychological testing, therapeutic services and guidance for both young and old, students and professionals, individuals, institutions including those with special needs in order to gain a relevant perspective as well as assessment for the prescription of proper intervention towards wholeness and for maximum productivity.
