Overview

              Parents are considered as the first teacher of children.  They are the most influential people in the child’s life beyond the early childhood year.  Working with parents is very important in order to have an effective preschool program.  Preschool program can only truly be successful having a close partnership between the home and the preschool.

             There are many ways of working with parents in the context of preschool program.  But Mission Ministries focused heavily on educating parents by providing a direct service to parents in the form of parents seminar-workshop Parents education program is an effective venue where parents and caregivers are provided with activities where they can participate in variety of ways to acquire information to exchange views/insights, to contribute time and energies to enrich the children’s experience in their preschool program.

                 An assessment form will be given to the parents to know the kind of training needed by the parents.  Below are lists of topics which the parents can select from.
