3. Guides in strategic planning and management
4. Assists in parents’ development program
    4.1  Assists in the organization of parents’ - teachers’ fellowship
    4.2  Organizes  seminar for parents and caregivers
    4.3  Provides information for Family Day special
5. Provides networking opportunities
6. Provides classroom visitation and coaching
7. Organizes training seminars for teachers and administrators
    7.1 _____ 3-day early childhood education seminar (Level 1 and 2)
    7.2 _____ 2-day practical Early Childhood Education  training
    7.3 _____ Quarterly seminars (Refresher Courses)
    7.4 _____ On-the-job training
    7.5 _____  Exposure to Development Appropriate Program schools
    7.6 _____  Special seminars (optional)

​ + Free slots for two official teachers

​​(official-duly recognized teachers/administrative staff, principal and board members).

 + The training is inclusive of 2 sets of handouts, 2 certificates and snacks

 + If more than 2 staff members attend, others will receive a 20% discount of the seminar fee

​(Discounted participants are entitled to receive the kit, certificate and a meal)​

 + Preschool exposure trip – if the school is sending more than 2 teachers,

additional teachers will pay Php.100.00 for the exposure trip.
